Dumbbell Bench Press
To do this, you need to lie back on a bench holding a dumbbell in each hand just to the sides of your shoulders. Get the weights in hand and press them above your chest by extending your elbows until your arms are straight, then bring the weights back down slowly.
First things first. do not choose something too heavy. You are not here to impress but rather work on your arms. The more the weight, the higher the injury risk.
Hold the dumbbells by your shoulders with your palms facing forwards and your elbows out to the sides and bent at a 90° angle. Without leaning back, extend through your elbows to press the weights above your head. Then slowly return to the starting position.
